SEPA Generator is a local desktop application published by Niryosys. The website provides information, screenshots, downloads, and contact links, but it does not process SEPA payment files.

Local file processing

The SEPA Generator desktop editions run on your computer. CSV, XLS, XLSX, generated XML files, and validation reports are processed locally by the desktop application. Payment-file contents are not uploaded to sepa-xml-generator.com, and are never sent to Niryosys or Lemon Squeezy.

Network connections

The applications are not fully offline, but the limited network activity they perform does not include your payment-file contents:

Community Edition may check for updates and open links to this website in your browser.

Pro Edition may additionally contact the licensing service to activate, validate, and deactivate a license, check for updates, and open links to this website, the checkout, and the Pro download page. License validation is separate from payment-file processing — your SEPA files are not uploaded for licensing.

Purchases

Pro purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy acting as the Merchant of Record. Payment and billing details you provide at checkout are processed by Lemon Squeezy under their own privacy policy. See our terms and licensing page for more.

Website usage

This website is a static site used to present the project, provide downloads, and offer a contact address. It does not include an online SEPA file upload service, and it does not add analytics or tracking.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the information you send will be used to reply to your request about SEPA Generator, support, custom workflows, or professional use cases.

External links

Download links point to external release hosting: Community packages are hosted on GitHub Releases, and Pro packages are hosted on Niryosys download infrastructure. Checkout is hosted by Lemon Squeezy. These external services have their own privacy policies.

Production use

SEPA Generator validates input data and is designed to generate standards-based pain.001 SEPA Credit Transfer XML (pain.001.001.02 and pain.001.001.09), and, in Pro, pain.008 SEPA Direct Debit XML. Banks may apply additional acceptance rules, so generated files should be tested with your bank before production use.
