Pro is a packaged desktop application for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Each installer bundles its own Java runtime, so no separate Java installation is required. The Pro download page shows current installer availability for each platform.
You need a license to run Pro
Pro is a paid annual subscription at €119/year. Pricing and what Pro adds over the free Community Edition are explained on the Pro page. The Community Edition remains free and open source.
Licensing and activation
Activate Pro
Activation follows four steps:
- Purchase a Pro subscription.
- Receive your license key by email from Lemon Squeezy when the purchase completes.
- Install and open SEPA Generator Pro.
- Enter the license key in the application's activation screen.
The activation is stored locally on that computer in encrypted form. Activating and validating a license uses the internet, but that is separate from payment-file processing — your SEPA files are never uploaded for licensing.
3 activations
One annual licence may be activated on up to 3 devices used internally by the purchasing individual or organisation. It may not be shared outside that organisation or resold. See terms, licensing & refunds for the licensing conditions that apply.
Deactivate or replace a device
Before you replace, reinstall, or decommission a computer, deactivate the license on that device so the activation is released for another machine. If the device is no longer available, or an activation cannot be released, email [email protected] and we will help. Activations are managed in the application and by support — there is no browser-based activation manager.
Recover a license key
Search the mailbox you used at checkout for the Lemon Squeezy purchase or license email. The Lemon Squeezy billing portal also shows your order where applicable. If you still cannot find the key, email [email protected] with the purchase email address. We will never ask you for payment-card details or passwords.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Manage billing and invoices
Lemon Squeezy handles billing, receipts and invoices, payment-method updates, and subscription management. Open the portal to download an invoice or change your payment details.
Cancel renewal
Cancel your subscription in the Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not normally end the period you have already paid for, so Pro access usually continues until that period ends, subject to the license terms. Cancelling is not the same as a refund, and deleting or uninstalling the application does not cancel the subscription.
Request a refund
Every Pro charge — the initial purchase and each annual renewal — comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Send refund requests to [email protected] from the purchase email address within 14 calendar days of the charge; no reason is required. Include the Lemon Squeezy order or invoice number when you have it — never send full card details. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method and can take several business days to appear. Full details are in the terms and refund policy.
Founding price
Pro is €119/year as an annual subscription. Founding subscribers keep that price for as long as the subscription stays continuously active. If a subscription lapses, a later purchase is made at the price current at that time.

Where is my license key?
Your license key is sent by email when the purchase completes, from Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Search the mailbox you used at checkout. If you cannot find it, email [email protected] from or with the purchase email address.
How many devices can I activate?

How do I move Pro to a new computer?

How do I get an invoice or update my payment details?
Invoices, receipts, payment methods, and subscription details are managed by Lemon Squeezy in the billing portal. There is no separate SEPA Generator account.
How do I cancel renewal?
