Membership and club fees
For example, a club collecting monthly dues from a few hundred members, with new members each month and the occasional pause.
Collecting membership fees, subscriptions, or recurring invoices from many customers? Keep their mandates in one place, start each month from last month's collection, check it, and export the SEPA Direct Debit file you upload through your bank.

Many organisations prepare their direct debits from a spreadsheet: copy last month's sheet, fix the customers who joined or left, update a few amounts, convert it, and hope nothing was missed. Pro keeps the parts that don't change and asks you to look at the parts that do.
For example, a club collecting monthly dues from a few hundred members, with new members each month and the occasional pause.
A school, studio, or service provider collecting the same plan price every period, with some customers on different amounts.
A business collecting variable monthly invoices from client companies under B2B mandates, with amounts imported from accounting.
Set up customers and mandates once. After that, every period starts from the previous collection.
Enter customers by hand or import them from CSV, XLS, or XLSX, under the creditor profile that holds your creditor identifier.
Store each mandate reference, signature date, debtor IBAN, CORE or B2B scheme, and a default amount.
Choose the creditor, collection date, and scheme, then pick the mandates to include. Reuse each mandate's default amount or edit it.
“Repeat as new collection” turns an exported collection into a new draft. Update variable amounts or import them.
Errors block the file. Warnings, such as a large amount change or a sequence-type problem, need your confirmation.
Pro writes and schema-validates the pain.008 file. You upload it through your bank's usual online banking or file channel.
Each export is kept unchanged in the history, with the original XML, totals, and your own “uploaded to bank” note.
A repeated collection is fast, but it can carry last month's mistakes. The review step looks at this collection against your mandates and earlier exports.
Each mandate records its scheme, and each collection is prepared for one scheme: SEPA Core for consumers and businesses, or SEPA B2B for business debtors only. Pro exports pain.008.001.08 by default, with pain.008.001.02 for banks that still require it.
Need the format details, sequence types, or a one-off file from a spreadsheet? Read the SEPA Direct Debit XML generator page.
Direct debit data is personal data. Pro keeps it in a local workspace instead of an online account.
Customers, mandates, collections, and export history are stored on your computer and are not uploaded to Niryosys. The live workspace is not encrypted by the application, so protect the computer as you normally would.
Choose a folder and a password, and Pro writes encrypted backups automatically after changes. Restore them on the same or a new computer.
The same Pro license also covers outgoing supplier and contractor runs. See SEPA bulk payments.
Pro prepares the collection file. These steps happen outside it.
Keeping mandate records in order is covered on SEPA mandate management.
The SEPA Direct Debit XML generator page covers turning one CSV or Excel file into a pain.008 file and the format details behind it. This page is about the ongoing routine: customers and mandates saved in Pro, a collection you repeat every period, review before export, and a history of every file. Both are part of SEPA Generator Pro.
No. Pro prepares and exports the collection file. Nothing is collected until you upload that file through your bank's online banking or file channel, and your bank processes it. Pro does not schedule collections or run them by itself.
Yes. Import customers and mandates from a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file. The import shows new, updated, and unchanged rows before anything is saved, lists each changed field, and blocks duplicate or ambiguous rows instead of guessing.
You need a creditor identifier and a Direct Debit agreement with your bank, plus the signed mandates from your customers. Ask your bank which pain.008 version and upload channel it expects, and test your first file with it before relying on it.
Yes. When you repeat a collection, fixed amounts are carried over and variable amounts can be edited in the draft or imported from a spreadsheet of this period's amounts. Review flags large amount changes so you can check them before export.
It stays on your computer. Customers, mandates, collections, and exported XML files are local files that are never deleted when a trial ends or a subscription stops, and Pro's license screen includes an option to show where they are stored.
Download Pro and start the free trial when you are ready. Import a copy of your customer list, prepare one collection, and compare it with the file you upload today.

The 14-day free trial includes every Pro feature, with no credit card and no account. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. A license is required to keep using Pro after the trial: €119/year, an annual subscription with 3 device activations. Your local data is never deleted. See Pro pricing.
